Privacy Act 2020
When a business collects your personal information from a third party, they must take reasonable steps to let you know.
You can request access to any personal information an organisation holds about you. They must respond within 20 working days.
If your information is inaccurate, you can ask the business to correct it. They must tell you if they decline.
