Preview: the new DEIS analytics dashboard

We are previewing the new DEIS analytics dashboard, coming later this quarter. It provides a comprehensive view of your business's data access patterns and compliance health.

What you will see

Lookup volume — daily, weekly, and monthly lookup counts by data source. Identify trends and plan capacity.

Compliance rate — percentage of lookups with a valid IPP3A pathway. Target: 100%. The dashboard flags any lookups without a recorded pathway.

Pathway breakdown — see which IPP3A pathways your team uses most. If most lookups use the "exception" pathway, it might be worth reviewing whether that is appropriate.

Team activity — individual user lookup counts and compliance rates. Identify team members who might need additional training.

Notification delivery — for lookups using the notification pathway, see delivery rates, open rates, and bounce rates.

Response times — how quickly your team responds to IPP6 access requests and IPP7 correction requests.

Export and reporting

All analytics can be exported as CSV or PDF for board reporting, compliance audits, or OPC inquiries. Scheduled reports can be emailed weekly or monthly.

Availability

The analytics dashboard will be available to all DEIS customers on the Professional and Enterprise plans. Expected launch: Q3 2026.
