DEIS mobile app: run compliant lookups from anywhere

The DEIS mobile app is here. Available on iOS and Android, it brings full lookup and compliance functionality to your phone.

Key features

Run lookups. Access all connected data sources from your phone. The IPP3A pathway selection works the same as on desktop — select the pathway, submit the lookup, and the compliance evidence is captured automatically.

Evidence trail. Browse and search your evidence log on mobile. Perfect for responding to questions or investigations when you are away from your desk.

Push notifications. Get notified when lookups complete, when individuals access the transparency portal, and when correction requests are received.

Offline queue. If you are in an area with poor connectivity, you can queue lookups offline. They are submitted automatically when connectivity is restored, with the timestamp reflecting when you initiated the request.

Security

The mobile app uses the same magic-link authentication as the web platform. Biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint) is supported for subsequent logins. Sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
