DEIS now integrates with illion: three credit bureaus, one compliance platform

We are excited to announce our illion integration, making DEIS the only platform in New Zealand that offers compliant credit checks through all three major credit bureaus — Centrix, Equifax, and illion.

Why illion?

illion (formerly Dun & Bradstreet) provides credit reporting, identity verification, and business intelligence services. Many NZ businesses — particularly in the finance and insurance sectors — use illion as their primary or secondary credit bureau.

Setup

• Go to Settings → Integrations → illion.

• Enter your illion subscriber credentials.

• DEIS verifies the connection.

Unified compliance

Whether you run a credit check through Centrix, Equifax, or illion, the compliance workflow in DEIS is identical:

• Select the individual and data source.

• Choose the IPP3A pathway.

• Submit. DEIS captures the evidence and returns the results.

The evidence log records which bureau was used for each check, creating a complete audit trail across all three providers.

Cross-bureau comparisons

With all three bureaus connected, you can optionally run cross-bureau checks and compare results. Each check is logged separately with its own compliance record.
